4.9.- Chapter IX Of sanctions


Article 38. - Penalties. - Breach of the provisions of this regulation will result in closing the penalty under the seventh general provision of the Act for the Reform of Public Finances.
The purchaser of goods not requiring proof of purchase will be subject to the process of temporary or permanent seizure of assets acquired.
The closure and seizure procedures, provisional or final, shall
projected in the seventh general arrangement of the Reform Act of
Public Finance, sanctions shall be without prejudice to those provided in the Tax Code.
